Sayed Najibi & his team specializes in residential real estate with specialization in resales, pre-sales & new construction homes. They assist First Time Home Buyers, First Time Sellers, Downsizers, Investors, & Developers. They have transacted over $400 million in real estate sales and have been consistently awarded for their achievements. These awards include earning the top 1% of Greater Vancouver agents & earning the Medallion award every year since 2017. Aside from these, Sayed Najibi holds other awards such as Royal Lepage Canada Top 35 under 35, Top Tier Member, Red Diamond Award & Featured In Top Agent Magazine.
In his first year, he was honoured with the Royal Lepage Canada National & Regional Rookie of the Year. These achievements give credit to his practice of prioritizing clients and their needs.
Before becoming a real estate agent, Sayed was an RBC Mortgage Specialist where he transacted over $100 Million in residential mortgages and was granted the National Top Performer Award. This led to his move in the Real Estate Industry, encouraged by his clientele’s requests for professional, efficient, and successful real estate deals.
Sayed loves to exercise, wakes up at 5 a.m. daily, he reads personal development books, but his foremost passion is giving back to the community through various organizations.
This passion evolved from his life experience of being born in Afghanistan, to his family escaping the war and settling in India as refugees before immigrating to Vancouver in 2003. He speaks fluent English, Farsi, Hindi, and Urdu.
Sayed obtained his Marketing Diploma from BCIT and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Royal Roads University, Victoria.
